A tiered security deposit is collected upfront, scaled to your experience level. Fully credited back after 60 days on the job. Forfeited only if you withdraw from the process.

For permanent roles, the remaining service fee is due on Day 1 of employment. For contract roles, Acumers pays your rate on the agreed schedule, no additional fees.
