- Work authorization status: authorization type (USC, Green Card, EAD). We do not collect visa numbers or immigration case details
- Financial information: preferred pay structure and rate expectations. Social Security numbers only as required for W2 payroll processing
- Communication records: emails, call notes, placement status records
From Prime Vendors and Business Contacts
- Company information: company name, address, EIN (where required for invoicing)
- Contact information: name, title, email, phone of primary contacts
- Requirement details: job descriptions, rate ranges, and client context provided to facilitate placements
- Agreement records: signed MSAs, SOWs, and related documents
From Website Visitors
- Usage data: pages visited, browser type, and aggregate analytics. No personally identifying information
- Form submissions: name, email, and message content when you contact us through any web form
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information exclusively for:
- Providing IT placement services: matching consultants to roles, responding to prime vendor requirements
- Communicating about active placements, requirements, and status updates
- Processing payroll for W2 employees where applicable
- Executing and administering MSAs, SOWs, and placement agreements
- Complying with applicable law, including E-Verify participation and tax reporting
- Improving our website and services through aggregate, anonymized analytics
We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing, behavioral advertising, or any purpose unrelated to the services described above.

- With prime vendors: Consultant profiles shared only with your explicit prior approval on each submission
- With payroll and benefits providers: W2 employee information shared as required for employment
- With compliance systems: Work authorization information shared with E-Verify as required by law

We never sell, rent, or trade personal information to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.
5. Data Retention
- Active consultant profiles: Retained while we have an active relationship or placement discussions
- Placed consultant records: Retained for 7 years after placement conclusion for tax and legal compliance
- Prime vendor contact records: Retained while the business relationship is active
- Website inquiry records: Retained for 2 years from date of inquiry
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including encrypted storage, access controls, and secure transmission (TLS). No method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
